SOS/personal security app

Hi!

Do you guys know any good SOS/panic button type/personal security app? One that works, most of the ones I tried I couldn't use (maybe I'm too stupid)

I would question the usefulness of something like that. You have to fish your phone out of your pocket and unlock it and then look for the app or widget right? Or can you press it right from the screen without unlocking the screen? How do you avoid false presses then?

I Got this link https://market.android.com/details?id=com.appsubstance.nodistress in another forum. Free app.
I was told there's a countdown mode that will "hit" the panic button automatically if you don't disable it in time.
