Help Sound issue w/calls

Motorola Droid X - rooted
Yesterday phone was working as should all day.
Then last nite I made a call and after I dial # I put phone up to
ear and do not here it ringing number I dialed, but when I push
'speaker' button I can here it ringing the # I dialed.
So I do have sound when using the 'speaker' button but when using in
the normal way I can hear annything and person I call can not hear me UNLESS
I am using the 'speaker phone'. When I am getting a call, I can here my phone ring also
and 'Notification' sound is working as should.

Assuming you didn't installed anything new right before you got the problem, then it sounds like a hardware issue.

Unfortunately, your best bet is probably to put the original OS back on it and send it for a warranty repair.

Was hoping not a hardware issue.
Phone was new in the box and not used for 2 years.Warranty is not an option. Was working great.
Paired with a bluetooth for now, does what I need.
