Help sound issues

My non rooted lg spectrum phone won't stay on vibrate after the ics update. I switch it to vibrate and within 5 minutes the sound turns back on without me doing anything. Anyone else having this problem and does anyone know of a fix?

Factory reset the device and check.

So do the Power+volume down reset? Do I need to backup all my apps and pull my sd card before I do it? Or will all my apps stay?

how does he back up his apps if he's non rooted?

I've got appSaver, it's supposed to backup all my apps. But should I pull my sd card or will it be save to leave it in?

It should be safe but it's always better to pull it anyway.
