Help sound issues!!

Ok so my phone says turn of all sounds been in all the setting, tried putting it in soumd profile ,keeps jumping back to do not disturb,please help!!!

Have you checked the actual do not disturb settings? They'll constantly jump on and off if you don't turn DND off
