Sound mod (ViPER4ANDROID)

I need help how do you install this? I read the xda but it was confusing, I want to see if this will help with the crackling sound on my f6.

Please elaborate and enlighten me please on how you did it. I took a peek at the XDA and went uhhhhhhhhhh.... no. Seems to complicated but probably isn't. Wanted to give it a shot.

Haha yes that's what I thought too! well I was downloading the direct download through my phone but I noticed the file kept downloading incomplete so I went on the computer to download it from there and then moved it to my phone. You have to extract the zip either through the computer or your phone and you should see an apk file(ViPER4Android_4.x_2322.apk), install it and choose the quality you would like then reboot

Im still figuring out what settings are best for me.

Jus open the app and install driver, reboot and then you make it the way you want it to sound like c:

I tried this last night, it boosted the volume a little but still not acceptable.
I then installed Volume+ and it is very loud.

I just think it is sad one has to install a third party app just to hear the phone ring.

I've never had an issue hearing my phone I can hear videos on YouTube from the other room. I experience sharp rich crisp sound without third party apps. Rarely do I use headphones but when I do the sound is pretty nice. I usually plug my phone up to my surround sound so I like extra power out of my audio.

It may be I have developed selective hearing from being marred to my ex for ten years, lol
