Help Sound not working

A week ago my sound stopped working on my LG G3 Phone. BUT while YouTube and Audible do not work, google music and ringtone does. When using an AUX cord still no response. Please help. I would NOT want to wipe my phone. Thank You.

Go to Settings>Apps>All>Music FX then do a cache wipe from there and reboot.
Do the same to all the apps which aren't playing any sound but they should.
Could you try to describe your problem better? Are you rooted? Did you modify anything on your device?
If your phone is on warranty I'd suggest you to send the phone back but backup your data first, of course.
