Help Sound problem sd card

Please, excuse my poor english!

I inserted a sd card and transfered data (media, images and other category that I don't remenber). While transfering is in progress, I stoped it because it took too much time (over 30 minutes for 20 MB!). After, I replay transfering and it completes correctly.

Now, the phone cannot play music, notifications or any media file, but it can play calling sound or alarm.

I tried to up and down control sounds and it doesn't still work. I restore media files from pc to internal memory, but it doesn't work.

What can I do? I don't want reinstall the phone!!!

Thanks for your help!

That is not a problem I have seen before, however I would advise backing up your media data to the the PC and the running a repair before restoring the content ot the phone. It would also be worth erasing the SD Card before transferring the content back:

1. Download the PC Companion software from Download for PC - Sony Smartphones (UK)
and install it on your PC.
2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.
4. Phone Software Update.
5. Start.
6. Repair Phone
7. Continue
8. Accept data removal
9. Next
10. Wait for prepare
11. Select Phone
12. Follow the connection steps
