how do i make my driod razr maxx louder but it doesnt harm my phone???

If you have the volume maxed on your Razr I believe that would be a good place to stop.
The speakers are tiny in all phones and they aren't designed to output more than stock volume. You might consider an external BT speaker. Some are quite nice and can really produce some quality sound at a much louder than phone speakers.... just a thought.
