I cannot get sound from speaker for ringtone or speaker phone mode on my Samsung Galaxy Centura. How do I fix this problem?

Determine if the speaker is bad. If it isn't, determine if the earphone jack is bad.

If you can't do these things, bring the phone into a repair shop, because you can't fix it yourself.
