This has nothing ot do with Locale since I don't have it installed, nor have I ever on this droid ( i had to replace for a separate issue).
My Droid (build 44/09) is always kept on vibrate by me. lately it has been switching to silent on its own or even to ring on its own. more strange is that the text notification sound was two quick beeps... whenever it is not on silent, I always have the default DROID! sound notification. any ideas why it is spontaneously changing??
