Help Sound starting low then jumping up

Good hello all. I just got my note 4 (vzw) on the 24th of December, and I was wondering if anyone else's note will occasionally start playing sound of any kind (ringtone, alarm, pandora, or even youtube) at a low volume, then jump up to full volume after a couple seconds.

I think it does this with ringtones, and perhaps even alarms. I haven't noticed this with Pandora or other media though. I'll try to pay attention next time I play Pandora.

I have noticed that Pandora sometimes will play at a low volume when I stop listening, and then go back to it. Whichever song was playing when I stoppe doesn't play at full volume later when I start back, and I end up raising the volume. Once that song ends, it goes back to regular volume, and is now blasting due to my adjustment. I caught on to this some time ago, and now, I just skip to the next song any time this happens.

It happened on my S3, and I think I've experienced it on my Note 4, can't be 100% though.

It apparently is a feature with ringtones where they start out lower and get to max in a second or two. You can get an APP called "disable increasing ring" and it will fix the ringtone one. I have not experienced the others.
Good Luck!

Thanks for the replies. I tried disable increasing ringtone, but it only works some times. I may try a factory reset since I just got the phone and I'm also having an issue where the wifi list occasionally pops up when I unlock my phone, even though it's set to not do so
