Sound that plays when charging..?

Does anyone's phone play a sound when it's plugged in? Like to a wall or a computer via usb. (not the SD card mounting sound, but just any system sound.)

I own a DX2 and it doesn't make a sound when it's plugged in. I just want to make sure my phone isn't not doing something it should be doing.

You mean when you plug a charger cord into it? Mine doesn't and neither did my DX.

My mother has the Motorola something or other (I can never remember which cause I don't like it) but hers makes a noise when it gets plugged in and when it's done charging.

Mine plays the notification tone at different times during charging. The exact points, never paid that close attention to it but mines does do it multiple times during the charging process
