Help Sounds are not working(in general)

I have had my triumph for a month now(ironically just out of warranty) and all of the sudden lately the keyboard sounds have stopped clicking, and the virgin mobile jingle either plays half way or not at all on startup and shutdown. This isnt a big problem, but it annoys me and i was wondering what i could do to fix this. I also have checked the volume is always up on alarm media and ringtone so there is nothing simple keeping it off.

You can still get a replacement through vm there warranty is for a year I think.
 
Is that the only option? i also have wildly swinging memory levels(Storage not ram) and i constantly get low memory notifications even though i have erased every single app besides for juicedefender and cpu tuner. Also how can i backup my contacts? can i just back them up to my sd card?
 
i dont think they were synced but i found export to sd card so i have them, i reset my phone it seems better for now
 
i tried a factory reset and it seemed to have worked for now, hopefully i don't need to constantly do this though, its alot of work.

EDIT: factory reset worked perfectly, i have a full 900~ mb now so everything seems correct. Thanks for the quick help guys im glad i didnt have to replace my phone
