As many of you heard/know, months ago, someone hacked into the SCDOR system stealing thousands of SS#'s.
For the one's who never got around to actually calling to see if you was a victim of the crime, you'll receive a letter today or within a day or so if you was a victim of this crime.
SCDOR is offering a free year's worth of credit monitoring supplied by the state and Equifax.
My lady and I both received the letter today.
