Help Speak to Text - Capital Letter?

All I want to do is use the speak to text feature and have my sentences begin with capital letters. Is there some speech command to do this?
 
I haven't used this, but on other speech to text programs I've worked with you need to say 'period, new sentence'. Have you tried that?
 
Even though it adds an extra period before the sentence, if you say, "period" then begin speaking, the first letter of your sentence will be capital. I just tried it on my phone. I said, "new sentence" and it spelled it out. LOL:confused:
