ok, so I dropped my phone, and now I cannot get any sound. I cant hear any ringtones when someone calls, I cant use the speaker phone, and I cant even us a mini speaker through my headphone jack. Is there anything I can do to fix this, like install a new speaker?
Its DONE. Send it back for repair,its probably just a disconnected wire but you will most likely do more damage trying to fix it plus you would void your phone’s warranty.
