Help Speaker not working

Hey,

I made a call this evening to my sister on her mobile but I couldn't hear her and she couldn't hear me, so I tried phoning her house, same problem, we couldn't hear each other. So I plugged in my headphone and phoned her back and we could hear each other. I can also hear phonecalls if I have my phone on loudspeaker.

I then discover that when I went to watch a video from youtube or from my phone's videos again I couldn't hear it unless I plugged in my headphones. Same problem when I tried to listen to music through the loudspeaker, wouldn't work but when I plugged my headphones in, I could hear it. If someone phones me, then I can hear my ringtone fine but that is the only sound I can hear from my phone when the headphones are not plugged in.

Any suggestion of a setting I may have changed before I contact Sony?

Is there a speaker test option in there? that code doesn't work on this ROM so i can't look for you.

Hey Tyseyh, thanks for your reply. I contacted Sony and they told me to send it to their repair centre cause the repair via pc companion didn't work. So I completed the online form yesterday amd then last night it all startesr working again! Not uitee sure what happened
