Root Speaker phone issue with cm7

So like the title says. When I start a call and hit speaker while it's ringing or before I and the other first start talking I can hear them but they can't hear me. If we start talking and then I start speaker phone all is good. Is this a known issue or just on my end? Is there a fix?

Would you mind plugging in some headphones when you get a chance during phone call to see if you can hear and they can hear you?

This is only thing stopping me from moving off sense to cm.
