How can I get more volume out of the speaker on my ZTE phone it's turned all the way up and is still not load enough

The small speakers in phones normally aren't up to much... attempting to push them harder can result in sound distortion, or damage to them.
Probably the easiest way, is a small portable bluetooth speaker... I have one of these, https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bluetooth-Anker-SoundCore-Portable-Hands-Free-Silver/dp/B01E6ZLLPW (other models and manufacturers are available...)
it looks stupidly small, and i wasn't expecting much, but it has a surprisingly loud and clear sound.
