Help Speakerphone automatically enabled

I think I must have enabled some kind of setting. My phone automatically goes to speakerphone anytime I answer a call or call someone else. How do I disable this feature?

Hey Iowa try going in call settings and if there is some option for speaker

I went through all the call settings but didn't find anything.

pull down your notification screen did you turn on driving mode?
