Speakerphone icon is always on?

No matter what, my speakerphone icon is always on. This happened after I let my son look at my phone. I cannot find the setting to turn this off. Thank you.

Does your phone actually have speaker phone activated? or the icon is just on? You might try pullin the battery out while the phone is still on (hard reboot) and see if it knocks it off. Or you could try making a call to someone and the speaker option should be on the bottom corner and turn off.
