Help Speakerphone stuck on

On my Zio, whenever I call someone or get a call, my phone is in speakerphone. If I press menu, I can see it is toggled on but when I press it to toggle it off it shows it is getting pressed but it does not toggle off and just remains in speakerphone. I can not deactivate it and so now I am stuck making or recieving all calls in speakerphone.

I have looked all through settings but see nothing related to this. This have been going one for a few days and I have restarted a lot and pulled the battery and all to no effect.

Anyone know what caused this or how to fix it.

Well, I do not know what caused this but I have found a way to fix it. I downloaded the program SpeakerPhone from the market place and it just gives you the option to toggle speaker on or off and it fixed the problem, so anyone else that has this problem it can be fixed.
