speakers?

My LG volt appears to have 2 speakers. If I cover up the left one it seems like there is little or no sound coming out.

The speaker on the right side (near the microphone) doesn't seem to do anything. Is my phone defective or does it really only have one speaker?

It only has one speaker

The other is either another mic or a dummy speaker. I'm guessing it's an aux mic though used for noise cancelation.
