Apps speech recognition problem

I am new here, when I test any application voice recognition on the emulator android SDK in eclipse I get the following message:
'speech recognition is not this device is avaibabel Will not this app work as Intended'.

I dont beliebe speech recognition is supported by the emulator. You'll need to test on a physical device.

I have a iphone Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 with android 3.1 and I Can not connect it with Eclipse thank you

Why are you unable to connect your Galaxy Tab 10.1 to eclipse? It should work just fine for debugging purposes.
