Speech Recognition

Hi,

In speech recognition(Dictation quickly ended ) quickly ended when using

SpeechRecognizer in android API. And I added

EXTRA_SPEECH_INPUT_COMPLETE_SILENCE_LENGTH_MILLIS

Also. But no use. Please help to avoid this issue.

Sounds like a programming question and I have no idea about that.

Related user discussion of annoyance that Google voice recognition terminates after brief pause (apparently not adjustable) here:

As far as I can tell there is no way to change that behavior.I'll be interested to hear what you find.

Really glad you understand the OP and yeah it's annoying when you pause for a second to think and detection stops.
Is that what we're on about?

Hi electricpete,

In speech recognizer stopped with in 10 seconds while speaking(Based on dictation

delay). So controls goes to Google. So am planned to start service again. And its

working but not getting perfect results. At least I tried.
