Root Speech to Text not working - DROID BIONIC 4.0.4 ICS

Hi Everyone,

I recently rooted my bionic and installed ICS 4.0.4 and now i've had a few problems that I can't figure out.

My speech to text feature isn't functional what so ever. Basic texting nor voice input for any application or feature will recognize voice input.

Can anyone shed some light on this situation for me?

I may need to restore back to original ROM and unroot, I heard they were updating the BIONIC to 4.0 either the end of July or this month some time.

Which version of ICS do you have installed exactly? Are you on an ICS leak, if so which one? Are you running AOKP or CM9?
