Help Speed dial issue

Hi Everyone,

I got the GS3 two days ago and I was trying to use the speed dial today.

Whenever I tried to use speed dial. The phone will show: "USSD code running ..." then after few second, a window will pop up: "Unknown Application"

I would like to know is that just my phone? Anyone got similar issue?

I just started having issues with speed dial, where the phone will forget speed dial settings or which number is set as primary on contacts that have more than one number. It's really annoying!!!

I have always used GO Contacts and GO sms both can be got from Google Play Store. I have used these two items for well over a year maybe two with no problems so when I got my S3 I put them straight on the phone.
