Help Speed dialling settings keep disappearing

Every time I set my speed dialling settings, they disappear. Sometimes a few hours later or the next day.

This also happens when I add photos to my contacts.

In phone, additional settings the "fixed dialling numbers" option is greyed out.

Why do my numbers keep disappearing from the speed dial?

We heard you the first time!

Not seen this happen before. Only thing I can think of is to clear cache/data for contacts, but this is quite drastic if you do not hold your contacts on google as you would have to set them back up again.

Think it's sorted, well I hope it is. Contacts are now saved on phone instead of just sim. See if speed dial numbers are still there when I switch on tomorrow. Re-started phone and they are still there at the moment.
