Help Speed test results

Yesterday the web on my Moment began running slowly. Videos will not even play. I ran speed test and the download speed was 59 kbps, and the upload speed was 127 kbps. It used to be much faster than that. My wife also has a moment that produced similar speed results.

Does this sound like a temporary network problem with Sprint? I'm guessing that may be the case considering both phones are suddenly performing poorly.

I certainly hope so. The Sprint store has got to be getting tired of seeing me.
