It must be.

Ive gotten on 4G up to 8mbs in Sunrise, FL.

On 1x im 128kbps and upload 138kbps. Im in SW FL and sometimes while in packed areas i can get as slow as 64kbps DL and 15kbps upload........ that fails.

I cant wait for 3G and 4G to be on the area.
 
I just did a few 4G speed tests on my indulge and noticed that the speed depends entirely from what server you test from and to where youre perhaps being routed to by extension. I tested to local servers within 50 miles and got less than 1.5 megs down but a south lake city server gave me nearly 3.7 megs down. Im in San Jose, CA

Not sure how to post the screenshot but will update as soon as i figure out how to.
