(The Speed Of The Device vs The Signal Tht The Device Is Given)

Which One is more important (well of course both), but which one are we really needing???

I ask because I've been able 2 play with the S4, and in certain areas im able 2 dwnload, upload, and even do multiple things on the Esteem tht the S4 can do...

So which one are we really looking @ before I upgrade to the S4(1.9GHz)

I think that depends on if you're downloading things. If you're just using the phone for games, then the speed of the internal hardware is going to be more important. If you're doing a ton of downloading, then your download speed is going to be more important to you.

I think also which carrier has the device . Cause if its a contract i don't think download speeds will be a problem so much as a non contract would be . My true opinion is that from what i see is like metro do and done is throttle a lot when you download a lot . So keeping the full speed and get the true feel of the device they want you to pay . So money speaks the true feelings and may keep that true data and download speed .so i would also say your download speeds would be important
