funny thing is the ugly Verizon logo on the home button kinda grew on me in a week...i hated it, when i got the phone last week......now i don't know if i like this silver thing.... oh well LOL

Still cant believe Verizon plaster their logo on the home button. Never seen that before.

I remember every phone I ever had having the carriers logo on it. Having one without any branding of any kind is nice but had mine said Sprint I would've still gotten it.

That's funny!
The only time I notice the tiny logo is when I read these threads.
The huge "Samsung" on the top doesn't bother me either.

I guess silly ol' me just stares at the beautiful screen.

I don't really notice the logo either, especially with the huge beautiful display on the Note 2.

I bought a set, and I'm not even from Verizon. I thought it would contrast nicely with my grey case. :)

I'm on Sprint and Yeah, I may get a set too, just to change things around when I get bored. Have the Grey and seeing a silver button I think would look cool.

That sucks :(
So sorry for your lose.
Is your phone still usable?

Yes it is, though I may have misplaced it somewhere in the house. Too lazy to get off bed and look for it in the dark, so I'll just look for it tomorrow morning. :)

Now posting on my PC since it's easier to input text than on my tablet...

Interested to see if you feel the buttons were worth it in a few days. Definitely update us!

Ok sooooooooooooooooooooooo I HATE THAT FREAKING DECORATING BUTTON to cover the verizon logo..so I took it off.

I rather look at the logo that the decorating button anytime.....just bugged me for some reason....???

:)

I also took off the screen protector..it had a small lint caught in it and it was driving me mad.....so now the screen protector is off as well as the silver decorating button.

back to bare...

now what to do with the 6 decorating buttons i bought???

:(

the home button has some glue residue...hopefully it will come off soon...

If I had a Verizon Note 2, and didn't have a button cover yet, and wanted to cover the home button (of course I would - the logo is egregious), I would be trying to buy one of your 5 remaining button covers. :)
But that would be something I would take up with you in a PM or exclusively over in the Classifieds section of these forums ;)

No reason for 5 of these things to go to waste especially when there are those out there that want 1, without purchasing 3. Know what I mean?

As far as the adhesive residue, I implore you to contact Spigen about it and inform them of it. It may help them revise the product or make it better in the future which is helpful for everyone. They are good with customer service and doing things right.

I'm sure you will see the adhesive fade over time with button use.
A q-tip dampened with a small bit of isopropyl alcohol may help clean up the adhesive residue too. Make sure the q-tip is not over saturated, you don't want it to run out of the tip and get into the cracks, just enough to dab the adhesive and clean up.
