Apps Spinner with inner labels

Hello,
I would like to ask how its possible to add some entries in the spinner that
are not selectable, like labels.
Example:
FRUITS
apple []
banana []
mango []
NUMBERS
one []
two []
three []
CARS
audi []
vw []
nissan []
