Any currently available phone on those networks should be no problem, as AFAIK they all have GSM, HSDPA, and LTE.
No manufacturer makes CDMA only phones now.
CDMA's days are numbered anyway. Verizon is apparently turning their CDMA network off by 2021

I suspect Sprint has similar plans for their CDMA network. And Canadian carriers like Bell ceased CDMA a couple of years ago now.
Here in China we have China Telecom CDMA, but any phones that they supply are GSM, HSDPA and LTE capable, as well as CDMA.
FWIW I think the last time I read about CDMA only phones on AF was about 4-5 years ago, where somebody in the US had bought a second-hand China Telecom branded HTC on Ebay, that didn't take a SIM.
