Root Splash install

Has anyone been having problems installing splash screens on the phone since rooting with enrevoked 3.21? When I boot into HBOOT it's not giving me an option to load the PB31IMG.zip file. From all the guides I've read about it I thought it would prompt me to update it.

I changed mine after using Unrevoked 3.21.

If you put the file together correctly, it will prompt you to install it when you get to HBOOT. Did you read through this guide for directions?

I got it figured out now, I found a thread on XDA with a bunch of splash screens Splash1 and Bootscreen Compilation! - xda-developers, I kept renaming them to PB31IMG.zip after I downloaded them. I assumed that I had to rename the zip to PB31IMG. Finally realized that it shouldn't.
