Help split view marketing message

All Dutch language marketing messages on the SGT 10.1 state that it has split view which enables you to open multiple apps side by side. I have not found how to do that. I assume someone made a mistake and everyone is copying that.

Any ideas ?

With the updated touch wiz there is a mini app tray with 6 mini apps which you can open at the same time as another app. Unfortunately, you can't change which apps these are so it it's hit and miss as to wether these are useful to you our not. There is a world clock, note pad, Calculator, mini calender, music player and task manager.

Yes I saw these , but they are displayed as a pop up on top of the regular screen. For me that does not work as 'split' view.

I think they refer to the development feature that allows you to build things like the mail client, but that is not an end user feature.
