Hi,
this is my first Android App, I had fun putting it together ....
Splutter is a fun app to add spice and unpredictability to conversations with your friends. It is a conversation aide, a pregnant-pause filler! When you have a get together with your friends just leave Splutter running on your device and it will monitor the microphone input then when it detects a pause in the conversation it will blurt out a random comment on the loudspeaker! It could be anything!!
Splutter gets its comments from Twitter and it is highly configurable.
