Sports eaphones that work

Lurker
Ive been searching high and low for some decent earphone's that will acutally work on my S3, i do a lot of running so i need to be able to change track and voloume without touching my phone.I have player pro which helps a little but i still need to look at my phone.

I currently have Sennheiser Sports headset but it doesnt work on the S3:(

Any ideas other than stop running ;)

Have you tried the stock ones that come with the phone? They're actually pretty darn good. They do have remote volume up/down and a track button. I walk a lot wearing them and have been pleasantly surprised at the sound quality and fit.

I'm curious how the stock buds are not good for running? Do they fall out or die from sweat? I've also got a pair of high dollar Shure in ear monitors that sound amazing but almost have to be screwed in to fit right. Once in they totally block outside sounds, not such a good idea in case a band of pygmies were to come up on me from behind.

I use the Motorola sports headphones (don't have model number handy as I am at work). They connect via bluetooth and perform beautifully - I have worn them while running a marathon (I am a slow 5 hour runner) and they held up well.

Hope that helps

I run alot and have went thru 2 pairs of the Motorola BT, 3 pairs of the Jaybirds BT, which wouldn't even work more than 2 days and break. So far believe it or not the only Bluetooth headphones that I have found to last the longest are the Best Buy Rocket Dog brand, not in ear kind though. Personally I don't like to run with the noise isolating in ears that go in your ear canal. I have ruined few pairs of SkullCandys corded headphones also.

I've been using the Moto bluetooth headphones for years. My current pair is the s-10 HD, I believe the s-11 hds just came out recently. Use them all the time...gym, running, bike, even doing yard work. Battery life and range are great...sound is pretty good.

I have been using the Jaybird Freedom bluetooth headphones for a few months with no complaints. This company offers a lifetime sweat damage guarantee. Only complaint is the bluetooth reception is not very strong and can only go a short distance.

I have gone through just about every bluetooth headset on the market. They normally last me about 2 weeks and die. These are going strong. I would not recommend the Jaybird Freedom Sprint though. The battery life is terrible on the smaller headsets.

Is it possible to buy these anywhere in the states?
