Good news today from our judicial system thanks to United States Judge Lynn Hughes who put the smackdown on a recently passed law that allowed for law enforcement to obtain location data records without a warrant or probably cause. Judge Kibosh ruled the law

Excellent! It's about time the judicial system started reigning in some of these ludicrous laws.

I am glad to see this. I don't see how they, the govt, could argue against it. Seems to me accessing that data would be the same as tapping your phone or intercepting your texts without a warrant.
