Sprint and Boost 4G different.

I have looked at Sprint maps on Sensorly and Boost maps on the Boost site. Sensorly shows good 4g LTE coverage in L.A. and in San Diego, but Boost shows 4G LT coverage in L.A. but none in San Diego. I have often heard that Boost and Sprint should be the same, but this seems to contradict. Does anyone have any insight on this?
