Help (Sprint) Anyone notice a long delay when sending/receiving SMS after latest update?

Anyone who updated to the latest OTA (LI3) notice a huge delay when sending receiving text messages now? My wife's Sprint GS3 may take hours to receive SMS msgs. Sometimes they are instant, but last night, her sister texted her around 10pm and she didn't get it until 12:30am. This didn't happen until she got the OTA last week. Is there something I can do? I was going to uninstall Go Launcher and GoSMS Pro to see if it helped but she loves both apps and I don't see why they could be the culprit anyway. Unable to receive SMS msgs sounds like a Network issue to me?

Dont suppose you could put the carrier / country / phone model in the title of the thread could you please?

Forgot to mention, one of our neighbors has an Airave at home and this is where the issues predominantly exist. Could the Airave have something to do with it? Maybe it's not playing nice with the latest Radio?
