Sprint changes discount terms applying to family/share plans with more than 2 phones

I could care less about the extra couple of bucks per month that i have to pay, but damn, it pisses me off when i talk to them.

What i got from my call was that it wasn't sprint that took away the discount, it was my employer, and EVERY other employer that offers a discount. So they see it as they didn't modify the contract, my employer did so they are not at fault for the breaching my contract...

I've been with sprint for over 10 years. I have a family retention plan with 3 phones. The 3rd line was credited to me (free) due to a retentions commitment for keeping my service with Sprint. These last 2 months I have been charged for the 3rd line due to "Sprints policy change". Now, any family plan gets charged monthly for any phone over 2 lines. It's the principle, not the added fees that upset me! I had an agreement with Sprint. I stayed with them when they were loosing customers and remained loyal. Now that Sprint has an uptick in new subscribers due to the Evo, they want to squeeze every penny out of the existing customer base. I don't want to lose my 3rd phone number, so I'll port it over to a cheap pay as you go plan. Some Metro PCS dealers will port over your Android phone and their service is $40 a month for unlimited talk, text and data! They use Sprints network also. Anbody have any experience with Metro PCS? Please chime in as I'm thinking of switching over. Just search craigslist for any dealers in your area for switching.

You were given incorrect information. Not only did Sprint acknowledge it was their policy change, it was noted on the monthly bill, they gave me the option to terminate without ETF and credited me $219.00 for the additional cost in their change for the 20 months remaining in my 2 year agreement.
