Help Sprint Connection Optimizer stuck on?

When I go into my wife's GS3 network options and select "Sprint Connection Optimizer", it makes me accept the EULA everytime. After I accept it, I uncheck the box to turn it off. Then if I select it again, it again makes me accept the EULA and the box is automatically checked off again. It's like it won't disable and it keeps making me accept the terms everytime. When I do the same thing on my GS3, I do not have to accept any EULA and when I uncheck it, it stays off for good. Both our phones are running Go Launcher and setup up pretty much identical, except she is running the latest firmware (L710VPLI3) and I have not gotten the update (still on L710VPLG8).

Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to see if this issue is the cause of her severe lag when sending/receiving text messages.

I actually have the same problem. I actually hit the back button instead of clicking agree on the EULA, but it still takes me back to the check box and it's always checked. I always uncheck it, then when I return again, it's the same process and is ALWAYS CHECKED. I'm going to call Sprint when I get off work and tell them that they need to fix it.

Unfortunately, I think it's a bug with the JB update... I knew I shouldn't have been too eager to update it!

Edit:
just realized you posted a while back. My mistake. But it's ironic/not good for Sprint that they're having the same problem again...

Quit going back and peeking guys. It is off until you guys start looking.

Want to now if it is off or on? Check the box, you will see the wi-fi on when you had it off. Go and uncheck it. You will not see wi-fi go on on it's own.

It is not a bug. Sprint wants to reduce network traffic. Problem for us is when looks for wi-fi that is not there wastes your batt.
