Am I able to use a sprint s3 on boost because my friend is offering to give me one , but will it still worth with 4g or 3g or lte?

Boost only gets 3g and yes. Boost runs off of sprint towers. There's guides. I'm not at home right now and I'm getting crappy service. So just Google "flash sprint s3 to boost".

boost does have 4g lte, but you cant flash it from one carrier to another even with an lte donor that ive ever heard of, its a different type of setup and the sim card isnt removable

Right but all LTE phones have an internal Sim card that is not removable regardless if the phone is gsm or cdma

Yes after checking into the information provided thanks to MLSS & Junkie2100 I am wrong there is still gonna be problems. I stand corrected.

actually its not always permanently imbedded, just usually. there are select sprint phones that have removable sims, but that doesnt really help much since youd have no sim to put in it and youd be stuck with an iphone or something as your only option

Turns out my friend wasn't able to give me his s3, looks like I just gotta buy the boost one for 400$ :/
