Root [Sprint/Cricket] CM 10.1.2 Snapchat and Instagram

When I use Snapchat and Instagram running the stable version of cm 10.1.2, the picture comes up when I am taking it and seems to work.

However, as soon as I click done (send with snapchat, and post with instagram) the image goes black and is black for others that are viewing the posted or sent picture.

I have tried reinstalling the apps and wiping and reinstalling the ROM. Could this be an S3 problem? Any other S3 users running other ROM's run into this problem? Touchwhiz, paranoid, jellybam?

I have yet to find a valid fix for this problem, so I decided to post it on here.

Seems to be that the snapchat update is to blame.
