Root [Sprint/Cricket] Downgrade to old firmware?

Ok.. is there anyway i can downgrade to like 4.1 where i started? i don't have the knox text in my odin mode so this means i can downgrade right? and if so does anyone have a link to the firmware? thanks

If you're at 4.3 you can't (you can try but you'll probably brick the phone). If you're below that you can. SamMobile Firmwares should have whatever is available.

Not true.. you can run a custom 4.3 w/o knox there are many options. Just make sure you've not updated to 4.3 .. only used 4.3 roms..
