Root [Sprint/Cricket] hellpp!! im rooted inproperly??

hello! I need help :( so i roooted my gs3 last night and i followed all of the instruction and i have the superuser on my phone but when i open up busy box it says my phone is improperly rooted so i checked on rootchecker and yes my phone is not rooted properly :( what are my options? thanks guys!! :smokingsomb::smokingsomb:
