I'm running CM10 stable and the only problem I've had is that sometimes the button doesn't wake the screen. I press the button and the capacitive buttons light up, but the screen doesn't. After this if I keep pressing the home button nothing happens so to unlock the phone I have to press the side unlock button twice. The first time dims the capacitive buttons, and the second time brings up the screen normally. I don't have a custom kernel either just stock since I read about quite a few problems with kernels not letting the phone wake. I have been testing it out and there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason as to when the button won't wake the phone. I haven't found an app or anything that specifically triggers it. I'm not sure if there is a kernel that can fix this or if there is a known fix but so far no luck with fixing it. I already posted on cyanogen forums and no help there either
