I recently downloaded jellybam and I love it!

The thing is, I'm trying to upgrade to 3.6 and I want to do a without completely deleting all my folders, settings, and customizations I have made in 3.3.

Will titanium backup work for this even after I clear cache.. Etc.?

Or isn't here a certain way you must flash the new upgrade? Hmm..

Titanium backup will work for apps and their data, but thats about it. IF you want to maintain all the other rom settings and such you can try a "dirty flash" where you only wipe cache and dalvik cache and flash the update on top of the old ROM.

Make a nandroid before just in case

I usually do this when flashing Touchwiz to Touchwiz, AOKP to AOKP, all in the good name of updating of course
