Root [Sprint/Cricket] latest update

I got this update request either yesterday or the day before, and I keep getting requests to either update now or update later. Does anyone know if this is an update im gonna need to go back to stock recovery for? Im a little rusty with odin.

Yes you will need to be stock and have stock recovery or the update will fail.
